Dear all,
Could you please help me on how to perform ordinations of sites, species,
traits and environmental variables on a single RLQ axis.
I have seen some works where these graphs are shown (ej. Ribera et al. 2001
Ecology) but they utilizied ADE-4.
I would like to know if I can make the same graphs using R {ADE-4}
