Well, I think that everybody understood Daniel Chessel's answer.
Very briefly, you have to divide the values in the .cnco file
by the square root of the corresponding eigenvalues to obtain
the equations for each axis. This is done automatically in the
"Add normed scores" option in the "DDUtil" module. You obtain
the .cnc1 and .cnl1 files, which have unit norm.
