This directory contains results of AFLP analyses performed with 35 strains of
Agrobacterium spp.

Four AFLP conditions were used:

	EcoRI-CA / MseI-0 		file: CA-0.txt
	EcoRI-CC / MseI-0 		file: CC-0.txt
	EcoRI-CG / MseI-0 		file: CG-0.txt
	EcoRI-CT / MseI-0 		file: CT-0.txt
	
In these tables, strains are in columns in the same order than in Table 1 of
the paper version. Data are size of band in increasing size order (result of
two independent AFLP after category assignment [see text]).

Fragments marked with a '*' were experimentally found to originate from
pTiC58. Fragments marked with a § were experimentally found to originate
from pAtC58.

Four pictures corresponding to the reconstructed electrophoregrams are
given (in standard PDF format):
