CC   that spanned more than one exon were cloned by PCR from cDNA pools.
CC   Shine-Dalgarno and Kozak consensus sequences for protein expression
CC   are included between the attL1 site and the start codon. The open
CC   reading frame is in frame with the attL1 sequence and contains a
CC   stop codon.
