This form starts a program which calculates a codon usage index for a set of
genes. It uses a table containing absolute codon frequencies that must have
been previously computed with our codon frequencies
utility, and a reference table. Seven predefined reference tables are available
(see here for explanations about their meaning)
or a user's defined table can be used. In this case, it must have been computed
on our server with the codon adaptation factor form.
