This form starts a program which computes the codon adaptation factor w
from a table that has been obtained using the codon
frequencies utility from this server. This factor is the logarithm of the
ratio of the frequency of a codon over the frequency of the major synonymous
codon coding for a given amino acid. It can be used to compute CAI (Codon
Adaptation Index) values on a set of genes, this thanks to the
codon usage index form.
