_T_h_r_e_s_h_o_l_d _H_y_b_r_i_d_i_z_a_t_i_o_n _a_c_c_o_r_d_i_n_g _t_o _t_h_e _M_A_P _r_u_l_e

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Threshold Hybridization according to the Maximum A Posteriori rule

_U_s_a_g_e:

     MAPthreshold(MixThres)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

MixThres        : an object of class MixThres. 

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     The MAP hybridization threshold is defined as the lower intensity
     value of probes belonging according to the MAP to the  component
     with the highest mean.

_V_a_l_u_e:

     The value of the hybridization threshold defined with the MAP
     rule.

_N_o_t_e:

     This procedure is very conservative in pratice.
