I'm Marc Bailly-Bechet, based in Lyon (France) and working in the Université Lyon 1 since September 2008. Physicist by training, I am assistant professor in the lab of Biometry and Evolutive Biology, in Manolo Gouy's team. I mainly work on large-scale biological data analysis, such as genome sequences or gene expression data, and modelling, and my research focuses around optimization among bacteria and viruses.
