This dataset contains information related to gene-enhancer relationships, for 4 enhancer datasets for human and for 2 enhancer datasets for mouse.
For each species and each enhancer dataset, we provide :

1) enhancer coordinates, in BED format (0 based, open ended)

2) gene - enhancer contacts inferred from PCHi-C data

3) gene - enhancer "contacts" inferred from simulated data

4) gene - enhancer pairs inferred with the genomic proximity approach.

In addition, we also provide the coordinates of the "regulatory regions" used for the genomic proximity approach.
