NRSub Release 10.1 (December 1997)


The release 10.1 of NRSub (the Non-Redundant Bacillus subtilis data base) is now available through anonymous FTP at:

NRSub release 10.1 contains a single sequence of 4,214,814 bp long corresponding to the whole B.subtilis genome. This contig allows to access 4100 protein genes, 30 rRNA and 88 tRNA genes.
