The RTKdb is the web-based interface of the RTKdb which is a database containing all the protein sequences of RTK, organized into families.
It allows one to select sets of homologous genes from different species (only common species for the moment) and to visualize multiple alignments and phylogenetic trees. Thus the RTKdb is particularly useful for comparative genomics, phylogeny and molecular evolution studies.
