February 7-11th 2005: second year of a 5 days training course, in association with INSERM, located in the École Normale Supérieure. This training course allows to review and manipulate microarrays from sample spotting on slides to results analysis.
The session is divided into 2 parts : an experimental part including RNA labelling, hybridization, etc, and a bioinformatic analysis of obtained data (image analysis, normalization, search for differentially expressed genes, BASE presentation...)
