Tuiuiu is a bioinformatic tool which aims at filtering sequences in order to speed up the detection of multiple repeats in the sequences.

This tool may be applied as a preliminary step to find multiple repeats in one or several sequences. It can also be used in certain cases while looking for multiple local alignments.
