The AcypiCyc database has been generated at the Université de Lyon in a collaboration between the UMR203 INRA-INSA de Lyon, Biologie fonctionelle des insectes et interactions (BF2I) and the Baobab team at UMR5558 LBBE CNRS-UCBL1; both groups are member of the INRIA Bamboo team-project. The database is hosted at the Pôle Rhône-Alpes de Bioinformatique (PRABI).

We are working on a version that includes KAAS, NCBI/RefSeq and Blast2GO annotations. We will add more annotations soon. At present, you will be able to compare Acyrthosiphon pisum metabolism to Buchnera aphidicola APS REVISED (generated in Lyon inside the SymbioCyc database).
