Twenty independently curated enzyme fact records have provenance and a
redistribution rationale in methods/ENZYME_DATA_RIGHTS.md. External-comparator
reference outputs are test data; regeneration and limitations are documented
in reference/README.md. No third-party scientific implementation or bulk enzyme
database is included. The optional comparator script imports Biopython from
the user's separate installation; Biopython is not redistributed here.
