ggisotonic

ggisotonic introduces a ggplot layer stat_isotonic to add isotonic or monotonic regression curves similar to ggplot2::geom_smooth.

Installation

install.packages("ggisotonic")
library("ggisotonic")

You can install the released version of ggisotonic from github with:
