ALPHY

Bioinformatics, Phylogenetics and Evolutionary Genomics

ALPHY is an annual meeting dedicated to the field of Bioinformatics and Evolutionary Genomics (ALPHY = ALignments and PHYlogeny).

The main goal of this meeting is to promote informal exchanges in this highly multidisciplinary field, and to encourage young scientists to present their work.

ALPHY is organized every year (generally late January or early February).

The next meeting will take place jointly with the PopGroup meeting on Jan. 7-9 2026 in Lille. The conference web site will be open soon.

A list of previous meetings is available here.

Contacts: Camille Berthelot (Institut Pasteur) and Laurent Duret (LBBE).

ALPHY is a working group of the GDR BiMMM.
