Well, it seems I was not the only one.

Just 2 more points:

1. Splus or XploRe would let ADE developpers to concentrate more
on statistics and get rid of the interface programming. Graphics
should be also much easier (a noter: il y a des functions matpoints,
matplot, matlines segments, circles... in Splus que ne sont pas
du type y = f(x), mais qu'on use pour des points, voir le fichier
attache pour un example d'un graph pour un analyse canonique avec des
convex hulls et points de control projectes).

2. Please do give a look a XploRe: Je crois bien que pourrait
etre une solution car il est aussi un developement universitaire
et c'est bien marche, meme gratis. I'm the first one being
lazy at testing it but... what would you think about people
using CANOCO instead of ADE just because CANOCO is older and/or better
known?
