Restriction Fragment Differential Display is a cDNA AFLP-derived technique dedicated to transcriptomic analysis. To learn more about it, look at the help pages.
You can query the RFDB database to look for restriction fragments from transcripts digested in silico. Data are available for several restriction enzymes and several organisms.
