No problem withe the size of files... probably misuse of ADE-4.
TextToBin-BlocTo1Categ is an option only for ONE categorical variable.
I do not really understand what is the format of your data. You must
be more precise (give an example of -your original table). If you
have 36 rows (species) and 8 variables (traits, I suppose). You must
use the Categvar module and may be "Read Label File". Give more
information if you want more help.
