Bonjour.
Could anyone please send me an advice or suggestion on which analysis methods should I use if I have the following 3 Tables:
one with the abundance data for each species,
one for the soil data and
one for the comunity variables (like litter and diversity)
all these tables with data related to the same samples (rows).
Hope someone is interested in discussing the distinct possibilities for analysing this data at ADE4!!!
