Results Window
This window present the reconciliation of a gene tree (lower-left corner) and its species tree (upper-left corner), with the reconciled tree (to the right). Colours permit to see easily the species-genes correspondence. A right click in any of the three panel centres the vision at mouse position.
Pointing a reconciled tree leaf with the right button, more information will appear: concerned species and every gene present at this leaf.
Zoom in, in any of the three internal windows, keeping the vision centre constant.
Zoom out, in any of the three internal windows, keeping the vision centre constant.
Pointing a gene tree node, centre in the reconciled tree corresponding node.
This tool permits to notify, pointing a gene tree node, to add or remove a duplication.
Save in the same file current gene tree with current root and reconciliation.
Save in another file current gene tree with current root and reconciliation.
Show with dotted lines which branch is potentially reducible, regarding current reconciliation constant values.
Refresh results window to initial vision.
Bring to front of the results window corresponding windows. Colour window appear only in configurable colour mode.
