Marc Bailly-Bechet class notes
From september 2010 to 2016, I have been head of the "Mathematics and Computer Science for the Life Sciences" undergraduate section at the University Lyon 1 (in French "Licence Modélisation et Informatique du Vivant" or MIV).
I give classes at the interface between mathematics, computer science and biology (a long time ago, I did physics too). I also teach a bit of LaTeX and scientific communication. These classes are given at the University Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
Class notes are available in the side menu. They are in French, except for the AMIG class (bacterial genomics).
