Cette licence est basée sur "creative commons".

Elle peut être apposée sur tous les documents produits par les activités de recherche : articles, présentations, rapports, videos, enregistrements sonores, etc.

Selon le droit de la propriété intellectuelle, l'exploitation des documents (c'est à dire la copie, la diffusion, et l'usage, voir la section Propriété Intellectuelle) sera donc interdit par des personnes ou entités ne respectant par les conditions définies par les auteurs.

Voici le texte de la licence, uniquement écrit en Anglais pour l'instant. Pour l'adopter, il suffit de le mentionner sur vos documents. Les limites d'usages sont décrites dans la Section 3, et celles relatives à la redirecion écologique dans la Section 6. Un résumé explique en langage humain les droits et les devoirs associés, puis le texte juridique suit.

UsageRight Documents License

By exercising the Licensed Rights (defined below), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this UsageRight Documents License ("UR Licence").

Section 1 – Definitions.

Adapted Material means material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights that is derived from or based upon the Licensed Material and in which the Licensed Material is translated, altered, arranged, transformed, or otherwise modified in a manner requiring permission under the Copyright and Similar Rights held by the Licensor.

Adapter's License means the license you apply to your Copyright and Similar Rights in your contributions to Adapted Material in accordance with the terms and conditions of UR License.

Copyright and Similar Rights means copyright and/or similar rights closely related to copyright including, without limitation, written documents, soundtracks, videos.

Licensed Material means the scientific publication, document, or other material from scientific work to which the Licensor applied UR License.

Licensed Rights means the rights granted to you subject to the terms and conditions of this license, which are limited to all Copyright and Similar Rights that apply to your use of the Licensed Material and that the Licensor has authority to license.

Licensor means the individual(s) or entity(ies) granting rights under this license.

Share means to provide material to the public by any means or process that requires permission under the Licensed Rights, such as reproduction, public display, public performance, distribution, dissemination, communication, or importation, and to make material available to the public including in ways that members of the public may access the material from a place and at a time individually chosen by them.

Use means that the Licenced Material is processed, by a human or by a machine, to produce another material, thus considered as Adapted Material also, even if it is not directly copied from the Licence Material.

You means the individual or entity exercising the Licensed Rights under this License. Your has a corresponding meaning.

Section 2 - Scope.

License grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, the Licensor hereby grants You, under the conditions expressed in Section 3, a worldwide, royalty-free, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to exercise the Licensed Rights in the Licensed Material to use, reproduce and Share the Licensed Material, in whole or in part, and to use, produce, reproduce, and Share Adapted Material.

Section 3 - License Conditions.

Your exercise of the Licensed Rights is expressly made subject to the following conditions.

a. Attribution to people. With the copied or adapted material you should supply an identification of the creator(s) of the Licenced Material.

b. Mention of the UR Licence. A notice that refers to UR License, along with a URL or hyperlink to the UR license page.

c. Adoption of the UR Licence. All adapted material should be published under the same license.

d. Engagement in Ecological Redirection. The Licensee shall publish an engagement in favor of an Ecological Redirection (as defined in Article 6). Access to such publication shall be made easy and free of charge. The Licensee shall maintain his/her engagement and comply with it for the duration of this Agreement.

Section 4 – Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability.

Unless otherwise separately undertaken by the Licensor, to the extent possible, the Licensor offers the Licensed Material as-is and as-available, and makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the Licensed Material, whether express, implied, statutory, or other.

Section 5 – Term and Termination.

Section 6 – Ecological Redirection and Sustainability.

Ecological Redirection means that You should have estimated and published a study of Your social and enviromental impacts, along with engagements to transform Your activities toward an integration in an Sustainable functionning of societies and ecosystems.

Sustainability means the functionning of ecosystems and societies not overtaking Planetary Boundaries.

Planetary Boundaries refer to Climate change, Stratospheric ozone depletion, Atmospheric aerosol loading, Ocean acidification, Biochemical flows, Freshwater use, Land-system change, Biosphere integrity, as defined by the Stokholm Resilience Center

Sustainability studies and Ecological Redirection should include Your position in ecosystems and societies, and not carbon neutrality statements at individual scales. In particular it should include linked entities, human and non human stakeholders, and rebound effects.
